Shipping policy

We typically achieve same day despatch for all orders received before 1pm.  We'll try to pack and ship any items received after 1pm before DPD picks up at 2pm and Royal Mail picks up at 3.30pm.  Any orders received after these times will be shipped the next day.

Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

If your order arrives damaged or missing any items please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problems as soon as possible.

If your item doesn't arrive in the expected time frame please get in touch and I will try to find out more.

We take the best of care to ensure that your items are packaged correctly but this isn't always sufficient to ensure the product reaches you in the desired state. Please contact us here to let us know if you have any problems asap.
